Applications include:
- Test rain water for unhealthy organisms
- Test ground water (dam and bore etc)
- Want to get the most out of your bore water?
- Please note these water tests are not applicable for pool water
Three types of water analysis
Basic:
A basic test done in store, suitable for non potable water. We test for: pH, TDS, Iron and Hardness. This test is perfect for ground water analysis. If irregularities are shown, further chemical testing may be required. If there is any chance of human consumption, chemical and biological testing should be performed.
Chemical:
A laboratory chemical test will give a detailed analysis including pH, Hardness, Iron, Copper, Lead, Sodium, Electrical Conductivity and more. This test is for potable (drinking) water. Samples must be collected in specific bottles for testing. Please call or email for details.
Biological:
A laboratory biological test will test for the presence of coliforms and bacteria including Ecoli. Samples must be taken in a specific bottle and reach the laboratory within 24 hours of sample taken. Please call or email for more details.
Remember, ground water is not always safe. Even if it looks clear and tastes good - What about the things you can’t see and taste, like metals, pH and bacteria? A laboratory water analysis will let us know the quality of your water.
